We would love to build your dream home on your lot. We build green homes and prefer to use as much natural and renewable products as possible in our homes. Energy efficiency is another big concern of ours and as an example we build all of our flush mount (flood type) ceiling lights into soffits and maintain full insulation value above. We also install thermal breaks in our door and window headers and rim joists to keep the heat in and the cold out. With the help of solar panels and or wind turbines our homes can easily be made into ZEH Zero Energy Homes.
